Application:
- After soaking, use a face cloth, friction/body gloves or a sponge and wash the body with long strokes in the direction of the heart
- It improves blood circulation

Advice:
- Ideal bath temperature at 35 ºC.
- It is advisable not to bathe longer than 30 minutes.
- It can cause capillary veins when the bath water is too hot.
