Each ingredient works very well with Iron. Vitamin C ensures the increased absorption of Iron, whilst B12 helps with the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Our advanced Iron complex with vitamin B12 and Vitamin C is an effective and well-tolerated form of iron supplements that is used for iron deficiency anaemia and overall health. Our unique formula with vitamin B12 and VC helps improve iron absorption and enhances the production of red blood cells. Iron supplements for men and women are generally similar, as both genders require iron for optimal health. However, women may need more iron than men due to menstruation and pregnancy.

Potent Iron supplements
Reduction of Tiredness and Fatigue – Iron is needed for the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is the body’s primary source of energy. Without enough iron, the body cannot produce enough ATP, which can lead to feelings of fatigue and weakness. Iron also plays a role in the metabolism of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin (mood regulation). Low levels of iron can lead to a decrease in these neurotransmitters, which can contribute to feelings of fatigue and low mood.
Directions for use for Iron+ Complex Tablets:
- 18 MG Iron, 40 MG Vitamin C, 2.5 McG Vitamin B12 DAILY DOSE – Take one Iron+ Complex tablets per day
- Follow the recommended dosage on the label.
- Store the Iron+ Complex tablets in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, and moisture.
