Karen se Kruie – Herbs for Health Sinus Gel is an excellent external aromatherapy remedy for:
- blocked sinuses (when applied over sinus areas & under feet)
- fever (when applied under the feet)
- headaches (when applied to the temples)
- earache (when applied over the ear canal areas)
- chest ailments (when applied under feet and over chest and back)
Sinus Gel is Aloe Ferox Super Aloe Gel, combined with refreshing and effective essential oils of Lavender, Ginger, Ravensara, and Tea Tree.
Each one of these oils plays a role in this remedy. These are as follows:
- Lavender – Calms and reduces inflammation
- Ginger – Stimulates circulation and opens airways
- Ravensara – Known for its antiviral and respiratory-supporting qualities
- Tea Tree – A powerful antiseptic and decongestant
An invigorating remedy and a must-have, especially during the change of season and Winter times.
It works well in combination with internal remedies, such as Echinacea, Thyme, and Elder Flower Tincture, to treat congested sinuses.
Treatment can also be enhanced by taking regular immune-boosting baths. For an immune-boosting bath, add drops of Tea Tree, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary Essential Oils to the tub.
